Wyoming Pass!
Wyoming Pass! Wyoming Canyon!
Somewhere along my commute; I was lost at this point, but the compass showed my direction was good.
Wyoming Canyon!
Still lost...
Blazer Portrait!
Still lost.
Wyoming Mountain Pass!
Still lost but getting much closer....The highway was getting worse though, and my trailer began breaking apart, requiring a "Blue-strap repair job."
Camp Site!
There didn't seem to be much traffic, so I decided to camp along the highway.  This is also where I took 'Wyoming Stars', pictured next...
Wyoming Stars!
For a brief description of how I took this picture and a discussion of the colored star effect and its implications for humanity, click here.  Or Mega-Zoom!
Endless Dirt!
I passed where someone had painted 'Colorado' on a rock surface beside the highway, so I knew was getting closer.
Colorado Canyon!
The "road" twisted along behind the rock outcropping in the background.  The other side of this outcropping is pictured next!
Colorado Canyon!
Here's the back side from the area pictured left.  I was taken by how beautiful this areas was, and would have liked to camp here.
Colorado Canyon!
I had survived thus far, and 15 miles further would find a paved road for the remainder of the journey.  Note the Blue strap now holding the back of my trailer together!
St. Louis Truck!
I took this long before the current wave of VW arch commercials!
Illinois Sunset and Me! My '96 Maxima SE!
Made it to Huntsville, and reunited with my Maxima. This was next to UAH.
